What does RNR Business Solutions actually do?

We’re an operating team that works inside your business. Depending on what you need, we act as your fractional COO, run your operations day to day, or provide executive and admin support. We don’t hand you a report and leave. We stay and help run the business.

 

Who do you work with?

Founders of healthcare, wellness, aesthetics and professional services businesses doing $500K or more a year. We also work with fractional executives who need trained operators behind their client work.

 

How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?

A VA waits for instructions. Our team is trained, vetted and managed by RNR, with lead operations admins overseeing the work. You get people who follow your systems and grow into owning outcomes, not just finishing tasks.

 

Why not just hire a full-time operations person?

A full-time COO can cost $250K or more a year. Another admin or coordinator still needs someone to direct them. We provide that leadership and the support staff together, sized to where your business is now.

 

 

Getting Started

 

What happens on a discovery call?

We learn how your business runs today, where decisions get stuck and what’s taking up your time. If we’re a fit, we recommend a package and give you clear pricing. If we’re not, we’ll say so.

 

How does an engagement work?

Every engagement follows three phases:

• Realign: we audit how the business really runs.

• Redesign: we build your operating model, standard operating procedures (SOPs), tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Reinforce: we run it with you on a weekly schedule until it holds on its own.

 

How fast can you start?

Services usually begin on the 1st of the month. A mid-month start is possible with a prorated first month, and expedited starts can be arranged.

 

 

Pricing and Billing

 

How much does it cost?

• Admin and executive support: starting at $1,800 a month.

• Embedded ops teams: starting at $4,500 a month.

• Fractional Director of Operations: starting at $3,800 a month.

• Fractional COO/CSO: starting at $6,500 a month.

• Admins for fractional executives: $1,000 per 40 hours a month, per client.

What contract options do you offer?

6-month and 12-month packages. Both are billed monthly and drafted automatically on the same day each month.

 

What if I need more hours, or fewer?

Extra hours are billed at your agreed rate on the next invoice. Reducing your contracted hours takes 30 days’ written notice.

 

Do you work holidays?

Yes, when requested. Holiday hours are billed at double the standard daily rate, and we ask for four weeks’ notice.

 

 

Working Together

 

Are you a remote team?

Yes. RNR is a remote team, and our day-to-day work is done remotely, inside your tools and on your schedule.

 

Do you travel?

Yes, when it helps. We can come on-site for sprints, deep dives and strategy sessions with you and your team to make sure your operations are sound. Travel costs for those trips are paid by your business, not by RNR.

 How will we communicate?

Day-to-day communication runs through Slack. Project status lives on a shared Monday.com board you can access at any time.

 

What hours does your team cover?

Your support team works on your time zone, not overnight, unless other hours are discussed and agreed on. Our admins work your business hours no matter where they’re based.

 

Can I hire my RNR admin directly?

Our staff are covered by a no-hiring clause during the engagement and for 12 months after it ends. If you’d like to bring someone on permanently, talk to us. A placement fee applies under your services agreement.

 

Do you offer white-label support for fractional executives?

Yes. Our teams/admins can support your client work under your brand, and you can add admins as your client list grows.

 

Who owns the systems and documents you build?

You do, once the work is paid in full. The SOPs, workflows and frameworks we build are made for your business and stay with it.
