Our founder is Uche Ferguson, a registered nurse turned Chief Operating Officer, with nearly two decades in healthcare and executive leadership. Having experienced both the human and operational sides of business, she recognized that great care—and great companies—can only thrive with strong systems in place.
What began as a vision to improve efficiency in healthcare has grown into a trusted partner for wellness, aesthetics, and service-based businesses seeking clarity, structure, and sustainable growth.

RNR Business Solutions was born from a simple truth: behind every successful business/practice is a solid operational backbone.
Our founder, Uche Ferguson, is a nurse-turned-COO; now CEO. RNR Business Solutions was built to help healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, and service-based businesses operate with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence.
