I’ve lived both sides of the business — the human side and the systems side — and I know firsthand that great care (and great companies) can’t thrive without strong operations.

My name is Uche Ferguson, RN, BS., MBA, and I’m the founder of RNR. I built this company to help busy people, providers and business owners like you run smoother, smarter home and business operations—without losing sight of your mission.
I started my career with a stethoscope in hand—caring for patients one-on-one in LTAC, med-surg, brain injury rehab, geriatrics, home health, and chronic disease management management. But what I saw over and over again wasn’t just the need for great clinical care. —it was the desperate need for better systems.
As I moved from bedside nursing to executive leadership, I became obsessed with one question:
“How do we run businesses better!”
That question led me to work as a Branch Director, COO, and VP of Operations, where I led teams across different healthcare settings and models.
I’ve hired, trained, scaled, automated, and transformed operations from the inside out. And now? I bring all of that experience to you, through RNR.
